"Devan was polite, professional, kind and thorough. He did everything he could to fix the problem on the it initial visit but it was much more involved. He and another plumber returned the next day to replace the sewer line. They worked pretty much without breaks from 12:00 to 10:00pm. They did a terrific job."

"Awesome!! They explained every step to keep me informed. They took the time to show me the camera that they put down the drain so I could see what was causing the issue. There are lots of companies to choose but I would choose them again as the customer service was A+ as well as the work performed!! Thank you guys as I can call myself a Wyatt Works Customer for life!!!!"

"Sergiy and his crew are great! I am remodeling my kitchen and they completed a handful of projects for me. They care about their work quality and are very professional. Sergiy was transparent with what work was being done and the associated costs. I would highly recommend Sergiy and his team!"

"Zoom Drain response was fabulous, although it ultimately turned out to be a City/Power Company caused problem. We had sewer backup issues that were "intermittent". When Zoom 1st came out, sewer drain appeared to be working properly. They looked at the sewer drain, ran water from tub, and everything appeared to be working OK, with no backup. They did not charge for coming out. The next morning, we had a backup at about 7:15am, when most people are getting ready for work/school. Called Zoom, and they suggested it sounded like a City issue, but they would come back out if we wanted. We called the city, they came out and inspected the main, and said it was clear. Called Zoom back, and we agreed for them to come out he next day to clean out sewer line. They arrived promptly the next morning and started work. They cleaned out the line to 94', and could go no further. 94' put it almost to the street, indicating it was likely on the city tap. Zoom provided a video from their camera, going down the sewer line, until it could go no further @ 94'. This could be used as evidence to the city, that it was their problem, not mine. They waited until the city came out to help explain the situation. They went above and beyond to try and help me with the city. They even followed up the next day, to see how things were going and make suggestions on dealing with the city. They offered to be available to call the city, if that would help.. Long story, short; it ended up that the power company had set a new light pole "downstream" of my house. This new pole blocked a (small) main that the city didn't know existed, as the houses were built in the '20s & '30s. The 94', where Zoom could go no further, was actually the main itself. Zoom was extremely supportive, following up multiple times, to make sure my problem was ultimately resolved. In this day and time, it's amazing to find a company that will go beyond what they were actually "paid for" to make sure my issue was resolved. Highly recommended!"

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Cramerton, NC

During the inspection, you’ll watch a high-definition video feed that shows exactly what’s going on inside the pipe—everything from minor buildup to major cracks. Your plumber pauses the footage to explain what you’re seeing and why it matters. Bright lights and self-leveling cameras make sure each section is captured clearly, so you leave with a complete picture of your sewer’s health.

Most professionals complete a standard sewer camera inspection in an hour. That window covers setting up the gear, guiding the camera through the line, and reviewing the footage with you. If your house lacks a cleanout and the technician needs to pull a toilet or access a vent stack, tack on a little extra time—and cost—for that added work.

Yes, a sewer camera inspection can help you identify septic system problems. A sewer camera gives your pro a live view of the pipes leading to the septic tank, so they can spot blockages, corrosion, leaks, or other red flags without guesswork. Pinpointing the problem quickly means you can plan the right repair and keep the entire septic system running smoothly.
