"We contracted Express Sunrooms (Owner is Todd Ackerman) to build us a 12 X 16 screen room, including ceiling fan and light fixtures. This came with a lifetime guarantee. We had to extend the cement from our existing foundation. Todd used a subcontractor for the cement work which turned out to be a disaster (we were not able to communicate with them since they did NOT speak English). They got cement all over our siding and window screens, which all had to be replaced!! (not by us, of course). There were several issues with the screen room installation that needed to be addressed. Also, the roofer left a mess, which HE should have cleaned up, but Todd had that taken care of. We also had problems with the gutters (they were pitched towards the house, not away from the house, etc., which had to be redone). Finally, after FOUR reinstallations of the gutters and several other issues we've had since the original completion of this job, things now appear to be good. Honestly, this job has been nothing short of a nightmare! The owner of this company hardly ever came to the job site! Perhaps if he had, and made sure everyone was on the same page, we would have had less problems and not stress as much as consumers!! It is now almost ONE YEAR since this project began....and it took that long to have things corrected. ***I do want to point out that the contractors that worked on this screen room were very supportive and made sure we were satisfied***. I just hope there will not be any more issues. Overall, the screen room finally looks like what we expected."

"We had New Old Remodeling install our siding, a new shingle roof, add 6” gutters, and build a screened-in porch. Everything turned out great! The crew was on time, professional, and the final results look amazing. Definitely recommend them!"

"Fantastic, Bill and his crew did an excellent job on my deck, sunroom and most recently boardwalk down to the lake. They stayed on the project everyday until it was finished and polished off every little detail. Everyone was always friendly, accommodating and very pleasant. I would hire them again without hesitation!!"

"Sergiy and his crew are great! I am remodeling my kitchen and they completed a handful of projects for me. They care about their work quality and are very professional. Sergiy was transparent with what work was being done and the associated costs. I would highly recommend Sergiy and his team!"

"They are polite, kind, walked us through every step and their prices are exceptional."

"We reached out to Joe at Aspect Construction for a quote for a stamped patio as well as a driveway extension. The is very nice and very respectful to our property. We feel they do very high quality work such as pinning our new stamped patio to the house foundation, lay down stone and wire mesh before pouring the cement. Other companies we got quotes from want to go the cheapest way and charge more for their services. We would highly recommend Aspect Construction for any landscaping or construction needs."

"Our construction has just begun but Shane Spargo’s attention to our wants is everything we need. He was able to determine what Rock Hill needed to move our project forward, Air-Port for the Airstream, workshop, retaining wall, excavation, patio and new driveway. He does what he says and explains everything to us."

"Great experience with Rangel Builders. Through communication throughout the project and we were so pleased with the work. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again."

"Perfect!! The team that did the work were prompt, courteous and communicated the process throughout the job. It was like having a close friend do the job for me. The result was a complete transformation of my porch; one which I'll be able to enjoy year-round. Superb job!!"
