Tito, George and the remainder of the NGI Elite team were very friendly and kept in close communication with their plans for the project as it continued, recommended minor adjustments to the plan as we went along which helped and they cleaned up the site upon finishing. "My deck was in major need of a structural repair because it had safety issues. The deck is still in good overall shape so I did not want to tear it all down and start from scratch. After several attempts contacting other company’s, John was the only one who reached out to me and was willing to do this kind of repair. It is so sad that other companies are not willing to take on “smaller” jobs or at least with a fair estimate (I find they overbid for job they don’t want to do so you say no). But by no means was this a smaller job. John and his crew worked very hard to fix the problems and get the job done. John is very knowledgeable and dependable and I would highly recommend him. "They installed a patio cover over my deck. Overall, very good. The cover is great and looks extremely nice. Had it not been for a few glitches along the way this would be a 5 star review. Those issues included the time frame of when I signed the contract and that the work was actually done. The contract was signed in May and work was not done until August. I was told it could be done in 3-4 weeks and understand that the rainy early summer did play a bit of a role, but 3 months was a little too long. They did not submit the application for the work permit until July which caused an additional delay. There was also a miscommunication about the install date and they showed up a day early. All that being said, I would use them again. The workmanship seems good, the product is excellent. I did have a leak in it after they installed, and they came out promptly to fix it. I did and still do have one other concern about a stream of water dripping down the corner of my house from the corner of the patio cover (that incidentally hits the lower gutter and is an annoying drip sound) and I called about it and was told its not a problem and that the water will dissipate into the ground. Not sure I like that answer, as gutters and downspouts are intended to move water away from the home because water dripping directly next to the foundation is not recommended and can result in water entry, mold and dampness. So I have to either put a bucket there to catch water or a splash block."
