He said he would start the job on Monday, 12/2/24. 12/9/24 got an email that he would be coming the next day, 12/10/24. Then, he received an email that it was too cold to install rails, and he would come on 12/24/24. Rails were installed, and Dominic stressed he needed to receive the balance of the invoice. I asked him when he would remove the boulder. He had to get back to me. 2/21/25 Dominic said he would come the first week in March 2025 to remove the boulder. I contacted Dominic again via text on 4/1/25, got a message on 4/2/25 that Dominic would come next week to remove the boulder. Got a message 4/10/25 that Dominic would come the following week to remove. "Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

Every month that has gone by, the driveway has crumbled. Years later there are numerous holes, cracks, gravel exposed and other issues. Was told couldn’t do anything but seal again. Was told could have been bad concrete mix, but not worth it trying to fix. I think it was great experience, until the driveway started crumbling a month later. My driveway looks terrible. Compared to older and newer ones in neighborhood. It is still deterring now. Very disappointing outcome. Should have gone with lower priced vendor. Versa lock wall put in also bowing."
