He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. They came back a second time to inspect the line with a camera and were very considerate with the pricing, since they had already been there. They found a huge grease blockage and blew it out using a water-jet line, but found the pipes were not pitched correctly. Anthony came out a third time at my request, so that he could mark the location of my pipe in the ground for the company that is now going to dig up and realign them properly to the street. These guys came out on a Sunday and did not hammer me with emergency rates like some second-rate companies do. I would strongly recommend Victory Plumbing over any other one out there.
