They came back a second time to inspect the line with a camera and were very considerate with the pricing, since they had already been there. They found a huge grease blockage and blew it out using a water-jet line, but found the pipes were not pitched correctly. Anthony came out a third time at my request, so that he could mark the location of my pipe in the ground for the company that is now going to dig up and realign them properly to the street. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain.
