"The inspector showed up late and he did check the systems, but we paid for a full report that was supposed to be detailed "full inspection" and they did not provide the full inspection report they told us over the phone that they would provide. Express HVAC also did not provide the report until 6 days later then when we needed it by for a home inspection under contract. The primary reason to pay this company so much as for a detailed inspection (which they did not provide) and to receive their report within a day or two (which they also did not provide). A request to speak to their manager about this resulted in no reply."
