"Working with Tom and James, Brian, Nick, and Tom was a pleasure! Tom came to my house, masked (due to COVID19) and sold me the window.His price was very reasonable and within the realms of other quotations I had received. "Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."

Mark Huepenbecker was able to find out what the problem was with the HVAC and he explained in detail what the issue was and how it could be repaired before he started. He also noted some other issues with the unit and he explained some possible future issues with out repairs. We appreciated his work so much we purchased a service plan to cover any future repairs or services.

Mark was very professional and he was interested in making sure we were happy with his service. He took the time and didn't rush in and rush out like most service providers. At the time he was at the house he overheard me talking with a plumber because we had some issues with a toilet. Mark indicated that they are also plumbers as well but they don't advertise it because of their work load with HVAC customers. Mark made the exception and repaired the toilet at no cost. Now days it's hard to find people who go over and beyond what is required to help their customers.

"Perfect. Not only did he go above and beyond with this furnace maintenance he saved me over 400.00 on the install of the humidifiers. No more nose bleeds at night with custom humidity ! Call him, you will be very happy you did. I also found out he was a Veteran, that means something to me as I am a Vet. Another bonus is he cleaned up after himself, gave me directions on how to use the humidifier units AND provided a tag with easy contact information along with maintenance date sheet. "They (two of them) arrived on time and did an excellent job. Dryer vent cleaning was not included in the original price but they cleaned it as a bonus (dryer vent is very small, it covers the length just across the wall). The guy was trying to push me to put UV lamps in the cooling unit and also put "organic" chemicals in the vents to prevent fungi (which were rather expensive). I guessed those were just useless gimmicks to get money, so I politely refused and they didn't press me further."
