"I called Polar Bear around 09.30 (the Tuesday after MLK long weekend) & they had a guy at my house around noon. He diagnosed the issue, installed a replacement part & had it up & running before 1pm. He was extremely helpful in explaining the process in layman's terms so I understood fully what had occurred & how he was fixing it. The total cost was $119 which included the call out charge, labor and replacement part which I think is wonderful value. I cannot recommend this company any more highly, they are top notch."

"I was impressed by how hard working and thorough the workers were. They hauled the old gas water heater out and got the new one installed promptly and did a neat job. They reconfigured an awkward gas pipe near my washing machine, replaced an exterior gas hose with a UV resistant one, and checked all gas piping including our gas fireplace. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro.
