"I initially contacted Cindy on 11/12/2012. I had to leave a message and she called me back in a day or 2. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. I advised no, but I would like it done by Christmas. She said Chris would need to stop by and see exactly what I wanted and she would check with him and then let us know when he could come by. Christmas came and went and we did not hear back from them. We went on vacation in January and when we returned we called them again the first of February. Chris and his helper did stop by in the next few days and we determined what type of sink and faucet I wanted. Chris said it should be in stock and he would have Cindy call me about setting up a time for the next week. I didn't hear from them that week and when I called the next week Cindy said they had to order the sink and it would be in in 3 weeks which would be 3/11/13. It finally came in later than estimated and Conrad came to install on 3/23/2013. He pulled my old sink and faucets and was putting plumbing together on new sink when he discovered the sink was defective. They said they would have to reorder and would contact me when they received it. Long story long, the new sink was finally delivered and installed on 4/10/2013. We do realize that the defective sink was not their fault but the whole experience was very frustating. In the end, we were pleased with the product and the installation. Conrad did a very nice job installing and cleaning up.
Overall, customer service and communication were not the best.

"Sales and service was our first step. Limpus was highly recommended by a friend and we are sure glad that we followed the recommendation. We were so undecided on many things and Denny helped us every step of the way. When we were looking for Granite, they suggested several places and we went to them all. We finally made our choices.
 Step two was coming to measure. One of the owners came out personally to measure our kitchen. What an awesome personal and business touch. They did not sell us, they took the time to make sure we had everything we wanted. 
We were not ready for installation when the cabinets arrived. Again no pressure. They waited until we were completely ready and scheduled an installation date. Marshall and the crew were prompt, courteous, professional and it was a pleasure spending the day with them as they worked diligently and very hard. They made sure there were no flaws and asked us for our input on a variety of things. This was such a pleasurable experience.
Our kitchen is gorgeous and now we can't wait for the granite to be installed. Limpus is the best. We had used a competitor for our basement and we wish we had known about Limpus because they sure would have gotten our business. 
We highly recommend Limpus Cabinets for all and any of your needs. We will be using them again for our bathrooms.

"This went really well. First off, Michael was very quick to respond when I was calling various companies to get estimates. He gave me the estimate and set up a time to come do the work that would best work with my schedule, which ended up being a Saturday. On the day of the work, he showed up on time, took measurements, and assessed the best solution. Along the way he told me exactly what he was going to do and why in order to replace the post. He took the time picking out lumber that would best match my other posts so that you would not be able to tell it was replaced. As part of the replacement, he set this post slightly up off the ground, so that water would funnel around the wood instead of directly hitting it. He documented and showed me this step, because you can’t see it after the finishing molding was put on. He also made sure to clean up the work area when he was done. There was no stray nails/screws or wood pieces left out. After he was finished he showed me all the work that was done to verify I was happy with the completed project and emailed me documentation of the project. All in all, I would say it went very well."

"After extensive review I decided on a water heater from Lowes. The water heater was a special model and had to be ordered by Lowes and installed by one of their service providers. I chose simply water because they were the only subcontractors from Lowes in angies list. Andrew came out to the house to prequalify the installation where we also addressed some other plumbing work I needed such as capping off a hot water recirculation pipe, and changing the gas and water heater valves, and installation of a water heater drip pan. The installation went very well without any issues. Old water heater was hauled away. So far all is going well. Andrews pricing was better than other contractors probably due to his relationship with Lowes.
