Chris was the only plumber who took the time to accurately assess where the problem was coming and make sure I didn't have anymore leaks once the repair was complete. "I had a main sewer line replaced in my yard. Since the repair is gauranteed, I have high confidence that it was completed in a quality manner but I will need to see how the repair holds up over time to comment on the repair. There response time was good and the price was fair. I gave a lower rating because the back fill of the trench was done sloppily and with large pieces of concrete, tree branches and other debris included. While I realize that there is some settling, the mound through the middle of the yard is a foot to 18" high with no noticeable settling after 6 weeks. The debris should have been removed and a better job of some amount of leveling the back fill should have taken place before leaving, especially since the heavy equipment was still on site. Other than the backfill issue, I would still say that their customer service was very good."

"They were called by our general contractor to do 2 plumbing fixes on our job, reattach our fixed master shower drain and replaced a small section of leaking PVC pipe. They were done in 20 minutes and said they were paid for an hour by the contractor and asked if we had any other issues.  I grabbed the kitchen sink drain we had bought 6 months ago and he put that it (which turned into a bit of a fight), then he attached a new stopper in our master bath sink, and diagnosed our guest bath sink's drain and told me what needed to be replaced and how (which I then did).  None of which we'd expected.
These extra things were at no extra labor charge since it was mostly done in an hour and we had the pieces to put in, just a few dollars for the PVC pipe.  Did a great job, were friendly, and kind to ask if there was anything else since they were paid for the time really appreciated them...far more than the general contractor who was a nightmare.

"We recently bought a new house and the sump pump back up battery was going off and would not stop.  We found out that RT Moore installed the sump pumps in this neighborhood when it was built so we called them.  The plumber they sent was honest, kind, thorough, and saved us from having our basement flood.  Turns out both of our main pumps were not working because of a dead outlet, and our back up pump was dead because the battery had stopped working.  He got the main pumps working again, replaced the battery and got the back up pump working again.  He also replaced it with a better quality gel battery that won't require us adding distilled water all the time.  And finally, for no charge he fixed the drain plug my kids had lodged in our half bath sink which was just nice of him.  I feel like he was just a kind and honest person who explained a ton about the sump pumps so I feel a lot more comfortable now!  Battery was $460 and labor was $49
