"Discovered my water heater had went out over night and was leaking all over my garage. Called Water Heater Express out of the blue at 8 a.m. and they were at my door by 9:30. After assessing the situation and taking a few measurements I was given an estimate which was right in align with what I was thinking I would be spending. So, I told them to go ahead and do it. The tech said he was going to go get my new heater and asked if I could move a few things. Seems like I just got done moving stuff and he was back already, very quick. Now, my water softener was in his way too so he had to disconnect it and move it out of his way. All in all he was on his way by 11:45! This includes going to get the water heater, disconnecting and moving the water softener, installing the heater, reinstalling the softener, getting the unit going, clean up, and informing me as to how everything works. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Water Heater Express and I would definitely use them again. A++ job guys!"

Their recommendation of equipment were no brainers.  The value offered by their top of the line water treatment equipment exceeded what was available through competitors.  Honestly, our job went out for bid.  Timmons offered, best prices, guaranteed performance, best warrantees, and unmatched professionalism in design and installation within our mechanical room.  If we do another building project or need water conditioning expertise for any of our properties in the Indianpolis area, Timmons gets the call.  I won't even bother with competitive bids.  These guys are conscientious, honest, fairly priced, and though I haven't gotten to know them personally very well, consider them a vital partner in the success of building our new home/offices.

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"Our heating unit stopped working the first evening of continued sub-zero temps this past February. It was a Friday evening and we called two companies, one of which wasn't available, and the other which came and gave a diagnosis. The diagnosis was to replace both the inside and outside units, costing well over $12,000, and we were left to have someone call us on Monday to order parts and to (hopefully) have repaired on Tuesday. This would have left our family with 5 young children in a home with zero heat and sub-zero temps over a 4-day period. A friend of ours heard our situation and suggested we reach out to Integrated Mechanical. We called late Friday, they came out first thing Saturday morning, suggested we start by replacing one part of the inside heat unit first, drove to Fisher's to retrieve the part, replaced it, and by lunch Saturday we had warm air heating our home.
