"We built our home some 40 years ago. We had All In Builders Construction Corporation come in and renovate two separate buildings. In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing. The workers were actually craftsmen and gentlemen. My wife and I have been around construction all of our lives and have witnessed the horrors of fighting builders and their subs. "We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

"JC Drywall did an amazing job for us. No project ever goes perfectly, you change your mind, have to make certain adjustments, things take longer than anticipated, etc. Juan and his crew were always professional, showed up in time every day, stayed late when they had to to get the job done. This was not an easy design with new wall framing, existing wall knockouts, interior view windows, and smooth texture finish. The results exceeded our expectations. Best of all he stood by the quality of their work. Highly recommend them for your renovation projects, you won’t be disappointed."

 Excellent work the first day it was not coming together as well as expected I did not have to say anything they volunteered to come back and fix it to make it level which they did. They came back on Saturday and redid the job the shed is level and works perfect.  I was very impressed by the workmanship and the fact that they want the job to be done right and that I did not have a chance to complain (if I wanted to) they beat me to it and to me that was awesome when people take pride in their job to do it right.  Thank you and I highly recommend Lake Property Services.
