"Such a good experience, this company definitely helped us in every aspect of the project we requested, they answer our calls, our messages, offered good price and delivery amazing results, totally recommended."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Our toilet seat snapped off and needed to be replaced.  We thought this might be something we could do ourselves (we do not consider ourselves to be 'handy'), but to be prepared, we researched a few contractors. We sent a message through Angie's List asking if they could install a toilet seat (soft close seat for a Toto Dual Flush toilet).  We received a quick response from Frank Pellerito asking us to provide details in order for them to send us a price quote.  We appreciate the promptness. However, after contacting Toto online, we received the information we needed to tackle the job ourselves.

"The jobs went well! Dereck is a detail person. He replaced some damaged flooring, and a few Hardee board planks before painting our exterior. He did a great job."

"great job! He was thorough and very professional and reliable."

"Very professional and good installation I would recommend them"

"Tim was very responsive from day one.  The job was on a cabin about 3 hours from where I live and he updated me regularly on the progress of the work. With the rain we have had this summer, the job turned into much more than he had bargained for (or quoted for)...but he stuck with it until the job was completed.  The work he did for me turned out great and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a hard working and honest contractor who does excellent work.

"5 Stars! Fantastic New Gutter Installation! I recently had new gutters installed by Golden Rule Exteriors LLC, and I am beyond thrilled with the results! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire experience was seamless and professional. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helping me choose the right gutters for my home and explaining the installation process every step of the way. They were prompt, courteous, and worked efficiently. It?s clear that they take pride in their work, and it showed in the final result. The new gutters look amazing. The quality of the materials used is top-notch, and the installation was flawless. I also appreciated that they took extra care to ensure everything was secured properly and tested the system to make sure it was working perfectly. Cleanup was also a breeze?no mess left behind, which I really appreciated! I can already tell that these new gutters are going to be a game-changer for my home. They also handle repairs!"
