"We recently had a Turtle Shell metal roof installed by Home Improvements USA. The process was very smooth and professional. Justin answered all of my questions promptly and followed up with me without being pushy. We had another high pressure salesman from another company that also manufactured and installed metal roofs, when I cut that guy loose he asked who we were going with and did not try to talk us out of the Turtle Shell product. During installation care was taken to protect the rest of our property from construction debris and the job site was left clean each day. They also did not rush through installation as I see many roofers do and instead took their time to do it right. During and after photos attached."

Even though they were pretty busy business wise, they were able to sneak me in and get the job done before there was more bad weather. They kept in fantastic communication and even sent me cookies! I feel completely comfortable asking questions and speaking with their crew. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and it looked better than when they started! Since my husband and I can't get to the roof, the crew took pictures of the job when it was finished and transferred them to my phone so we could be confident that they did what they said they would. "On 12/6/13, I purchased gutter cleaning, roof debris removal and gutter tune-up (for which I had a coupon from Angie's list).  Promptly the very next day, Agape representatives came out to clean the gutters even though it was very cold out.  For a minimal fee, even though it was unplanned, they also replaced some shingles that had fallen off.   I was very, very pleased with their quick response and willingness to do extra work.  I will definitely use their services again.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
