"For such a large project, I don't think my home remodel could have gone any better than it did!  Initially, Greg, our project manager, came out to the site to provide me with a cost estimate.  He showed up when he said he would and walked around with me while I explained my vision.  He gave me his thoughts and provided many helpful ideas that saved me some time and money.  Greg emailed me a detailed quote within a few days and went over it with me.  After we agreed upon the scope and (very fair) price, they met my request of starting it as soon as possible.  Two days later, they jumped on my project!  I think they had 7 or 8 guys initially for the demo and needless to say they got through that very quickly.  We were a little unprepared for that much work to happen so quickly, but they were very understanding and helpful with moving stuff around. 



They did quite a bit of the work when my family was on vacation over the Christmas holiday.  We had neighbors checking in on them for our piece of mind, but that was completely unnecessary.  They showed up every morning promptly and left a tidy site every evening.  The workers were very nice and respectful of our property and the family/neighbors that stopped by. 



They went above and beyond to make the stressful process of home remodeling as easy as possible.  With a project of this size, there will be things that weren't done 100% to your satisfaction, when we pointed those out to Greg, he immediately started working on them and didn't leave the site until we were satisfied.  I also want to point out that they cheerfully put up with some things that I know weren't easy.  For instance, I had a cat that loved to walk through wet paint.  Instead of complaining about it, they cleaned the areas and fixed the paint.  There was one sill area that they re-did the paint at least 3 times.  Heck, they basically petsitted our cat while we were on vacation.  They changed the litter at least once while we were gone ... WHO DOES THAT??



We were extremely satisfied with Silver Oak, Greg, and the whole crew (even the owner stopped by to say hi).  They provided us with a top notch job with difficult constraints and gladly completed it.  I could not ask for anything more.  I'm telling all my family and friends about Silver Oak.
