"This was our first Aqua Clear System ! The installation was done by Brian Christian & Dustin !! Both men were very professional and explained everything they were doing thoroughly ! (sometimes a couple of times) They was always asking if we had any questions !! Dustin asked me were I wanted the faucet -on the sink- to make sure I was pleased with the placement . Brian did a Great job placing & taking care to fit everything in a compact area -so I have still room in my panty closet . Our friends Bill & Toni Ertel ( also on Chilly Spring Road) recommended this company to us . We will also be recommending your very professional company to our friends. Thank you . "I can't help but wonder if the overpriced service wound have been cheaper else where.The provider came and gave an estimate for the services. Basically, they are a middleman between the provider of the actual service and the consumer. Highland was very prompt and everyone came to my house at the stated time. The service provided was decent and quick; however, a few days later my husband noticed some issues. The hinges on the closet door were installed backwards; still work but awkward. The door is slightly too big to close easily. The service provider was very nice, on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself.
