"Tyson Hamilton, owner of HL Properties, is first class. He is very, very good at all types of remodeling. He completely tore out my master bath up to the studs and remodeled and replaced everything. I got several estimates for this work and Tyson was over $3000 less than the next contractor. The work was the highest quality and Tyson is very respectful of my home and my time. I cannot reccommend him highly enough 5+ stars. I have his number in my phone and will definitely be calling him again."

"Excellent job by Innovative Restorations……"

"My project involved removing and replacing outside stairs and railings. Brandon of Cope Construction provided a reasonable estimate for materials and labor. He and his assistant was here for several days, stained the stringers before installation, ensured all work was done to my satisfaction and cleaned his area before leaving. I would recommend Cope Construction for your renovation needs."

"Romel is an incredible contractor. He remodeled my apartment including new kitchen and bathrooms. He was very professional and helpful providing always options and recommendations on my budget to always get best price and best quality materials. His work is very high quality, will recommend him for all things remodeling."

"Sherri treated us like family. We have kids and her staff was extremely mindful and timely when installing our floor around us and our children. We had around 1500 sq ft of flooring installed so she sent enough people to get it done as fast as possible. We love this place and will recommend again and again."

"I was hoping to find a counter top to match our existing kitchen granite.  Knoxville stone interiors had just what I needed in a remanant so I didn't have a large expense.  They had it made in a day and it matches perfectly!   I later needed to have it re-cut for a smaller cabinet because of a mistake that I made,  and that was no problem for them...  Very easy to work with and lots of options!

"They were courteous and respectful of my mother who had just gotten out of the hospital. They made suggestions for grab bars. They always showed up on time and they were neat! Big deal when you have a sick person in the house! I'd hire them again.

"I hired two helpers for 2 hours on October 17,2020. The two helpers (names unknown) arrived at my home (127 Gado Way, Loudon) and immediately started unloading the Penske truck with the contents being moved into my garage. Some of these boxes and some bare items were very heavy and awkward. After this with plenty of the 2 hours remaining we took the truck to a nearby storage unit where they helped load all items then return to my home and unload into the garage. The two men hired worked vigorously without complaint during the entire operation taking no breaks except to drink a bit of water. I would recommend these two workers anytime for any type of assistance. Please extend our thanks to these two men again for us, John & Linda Sutton"
