"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"I was able to schedule Steven to come to my home just two days prior to service (job did not require any formal consultation).  Steven and Chelsea arrived on time, assessed the scope of work and asked me exactly what I wanted to be done and where the items should be placed.  He asked me to purchase about $10 worth of supplies from Home Depot while they went to get other supplies to complete the job.  I was not charged for this "preparation" time. 
They began working and with each piece, confirmed with me exactly where everything should be placed.  All items were hung securely, level, and very professionally.  Steven was polite, respectful and even willing to work around my many pets without complaints.  He also noticed rotted wood on the exterior of the home and offered to fix that on a subsequent visit, and gave suggestions for materials to use that would prevent wood rot in the future.
I am very pleased with all the work done and have already scheduled a second visit to install bathroom sink hardware and set up my washer and dryer. I would not hesistate to call them in the future for jobs large and small, and I would definitely recommend their services to others.
