Hired a local plumber to clear the drain and all they did was pierce the p trap in 2 places. Jason took over jetted the grout out, then sent the camera and noticed the 2 holes. Didn't leave me hanging over the holidays with family arriving in 2 days. Came back the next morning and dug his way under the home to replace the p trap. Saved me from cutting up all my new interior shower flooring. Highly recommended. Thank you Chloe and Jason."

"Slow draining tub, a toilet that just won't flush, and some back flow when using the dishwasher left us thinking we just had a major clog.  To our surprise, it was a collapsed sewer line that needed to be replaced.  While there was a 1 week wait due to the time of year and the demands they were expecting, we were more than happy to wait the week.  Work went quickly and smoothly, and was far less intrusive than we anticipated.  Their staff even wore shoe coverings when coming into the house!  Only some minor clean up work was required once they left, which appeared to be an oversight when they cleaned up.  Everything else was back to normal after they left and no problems since."

You just call AHS with your problem, they get one of their screened providers to call you and set an appointment, the guy comes to either fix the problem on the spot (cost to you, $75 fixed), OR he comes, inspects, and gives a quote that may include things not covered by your contract (cost to you, $75 fixed). Then you either ok any additional costs and he fixes, or you ok if it's no additional costs and he fixes. If you don't like quote, call AHS and get a 2nd quote from another screened provider for no additional cost. What could be easier?"
