"From our first contact with East Coast Comfort, everything was smooth and professional. When the estimator came to our house, he listened to our needs and presented options. We went up to the roof, so that we could find a place to position the compressor where it wouldn't be too close to a window so that we wouldn't hear much noise after installation. When installation day came, the crew was well prepared for the installation. While one person worked to route tubing from the inside unit to the compressor, another focused on running power from the box in the basement to the unit on the roof. The unit was installed perfectly. The price for these services was very competitive. We feel that we received a quality unit which was installed by a professional team. We've had the unit for about a year now. It runs quietly and has made our 3rd floor bedroom very comfortable.
