This was the first major home renovation we did as new homeowners, so naturally, we were nervous. From quote to final walk through, Dawid and his team were transparent and professional. Our building allows work to begin at 8 am and they were on time every day, ready to work. "Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"Ed responded immediately to my call for help. Had water enter my finished basement and called Master Craft & Design, who was located in Fox Lake. When Ed arrived to give me a quote, he saw that my vinyl flooring could still be saved. He called a couple of his guys to come over and vacuumed the water and removed the flooring to dry. I hired him even before he gave me a quote just for his quick actions to save me money on the flooring alone. They did their thing and my basement looks better than it did before. The quote was very reasonable as well, considering he already had me locked in. My wife and I were already considering renovating our kitchen. Ed already gave us a quote for that as well.
