"I have been fixing up my 100 year old basement, repairing mortar, and painting walls and a floor. I hit a problem that I was could not fix. Over many years, water seeping in through the limestone foundation had rotted the bottom of one side of a door frame (no door), along with some base molding. "Sam did an excellent job repairing our siding.  Since the manufacturer no longer manufactured the exact style, Sam suggested that he could take some existing pieces from the side of the house that had a lot shrub coverage for the repair and replace with a close match.  The replaced pieces are hardly noticeable and hidden by the shrubs. 

His painter also did a great job.  Both gentlemen are friendly and easy to work which is a huge plus from my wife's perspective."
