"Nick and his crew were amazing on this project. They added a 22' x 12' deck on the back of our home and it only took them 3 days! Process was super simple, Nick came by and figured out what our wants and needs were. Within a few days drew it up, and provided the documents we needed for the HOA. He also took care of the permit and inspection. We put down our deposit and the materials were delivered right to our yard. Nick showed up the next morning and got started. The deck feels and looks amazing. I would 100% recommend Nick to anyone looking to add something new they will love to their home."

Amazing and better than expected! Dealing with contractors is not always an enjoyable experience and we are happy to report that Minnesota Construction and Property Management was a treat to work with.

During the initial consultation, Trevor listened to our request to improve our outdoor living space and offered design solutions the other companies hadn't at a price that was more reasonable. It almost seemed too good to be true.

We were tentatively scheduled to begin work on the deck towards the end of May. Thanks to a mild winter and Trevor's excellent time management, they began working on our project at the end of March and finished within a week (and that includes the snow delay and a weekend off)! 

We have the nicest deck in the neighborhood. The crew is polite, hard-working, and detail-oriented. They have pride in their carpentry skills and we are the beneficiaries of their amazing work.

"Larry came today and the shelving and cabinet top are beautifully done. I will definitely use him again. He was polite, clean and friendly. He is very skilled in cabinetry!"

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Demolished old shower stall, linen closet, recommended to re-route the ductwork which allowed to transform this tiny place into a beautiful bathroom with full size soaking bathtub, 5 foot vanity and matching medicine cabinet with mirror. They helped us to make the right choices of products and made many useful cost saving recommendations.
The job was done very professionally. Every little detail that wasn't to our satisfaction was fixed without any discussion.
The tile specialist suggested to add some accents to the floor tile, went to a store to pick up the materials on his own time - those accents made the floor looking so much better.
We are very pleased with this job and plan to work with this company on future home improvement projects.
