"I highly, very highly, recommend Three Guys AC. Aric was awesome. We had an emergent situation that could not wait until the following day. Aric was knowledgable, professional, funny, courteous and respectful of my home. Not only did he fix my problem at nearly 8pm (and showed up 30 mins after my initial call) we discussed a plan for problem that needed to be addressed in the near future. He had the fourth thought to ask if he could use a chemical to clean my coil or if it would be better to use vinegar due to the health issues in my home. He listened. I was panicked when I made the initial call to 3 Guys due to the serious health issues of a family member who I am a care taker for. She can’t be without AC. The next available appointment was the following day. I was so panicked that I hung up on the young man that took my call. He called me back within 10 minutes with a tech already on the way. He had rearranged Aric’s schedule and bumped us up because of the emergency. Thank you!"

"Anthony was running a bit behind but called and told us he would be here after 5 pm. He did an outstanding job communicating and figuring out a difficult diagnosis to get my system up and running. He went above and beyond by helping to wrap my refrigerant lines that were deteriorating from age, he also cleaned the condenser coils while checking the system out. "We had some bad luck recently with our home that has 2 air conditioner units. They both needed replacing just 1 1/2 months apart. After researching, we selected AM Aire as we found Andrew to be the most honest AC Technician!! He replaced our first unit and even though we had to wait for a part for 5 days in Florida heat for Andrew to replace our 2nd unit , we selected him again even though another company could have installed a new one sooner. Definitely worth the wait, Andrew is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most impressively HONEST!!!!
