"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"We wanted to redo the tub and shower installation. The company representative showed us a wide range of materials and and roughed out a design based on what we indicated we wanted. He gave us the price for what we wanted and told us we would be notified when the materials came in so we could schedule the start of the project. The project required removing the old tub and relocating the plumbing and shower head to a different wall. They protected all the exposed areas from dust and once they started, it only took about one week to complete the job. They cleaned after themselves everyday after their work, and upon completion of the project. They do excellent work and the new shower enclosure looks great! I would recommend them to anyone doing a bathroom makeover."

"The quality of work is phenomenal. Amazing customer service. My kitchen needed a good upgrade and I could not be more pleased with the end result. Hiring KRCS Construction was the best decision I ever made. I never want to leave my kitchen it came out so beautiful. Kevin made is so so easy and stress free. "The technician arrived promptly.  We walked through the house to look at what was to be done, and I provided him with a written list (which I never saw again). The actual patching was very well done, but the texturing on about half the patches was not very good. I felt the need to remind the technician about some of the patches, and I had to touch up about three of the deeper patches later. Cleanup was reasonably well done with a broom and dustpan, except for one of the patches where there were bits of old drywall left on the floor. After I vacuumed, all was again in order.  I had the feeling that the quality of cosmetic work became lower as time went on.
In summary, the structural part of the patches was very well done, but the cosmetic part of the job was not.

Bath Fitters was responsive and sent an estimator to our home to show what they could do improve our old tub and master shower.  It was a lot more expensive than I anticipated and the shower stall in the master bathroom was just as expensive as the full tub replacement in the family bathroom.  Strange, because we put safety bars in the full bath.  It took three weeks to get the custom order materials delivered, but boy was it worth it! 

My shower door is beautiful; it looks like something out of the design magazines (clear glass, not a lot of chrome, thoroughly modern).  The master bath looks beautiful and I could not be happier or more proud of our redesign.  The greatest thing is that Bath Fitters also replaced our bath plumbing and fixtures.  They found a spot in the shower with mildew in the wall and halted work.  After getting it inspected by a licensed plumber, we were able to validate that it was not an outside leak.  After the wall was dry, the Bath Fitter technician removed the damaged material, and still finished the entire job on time. 

I called later about a cosmetic concern that I thought might be more serious.  The Technician showed me the problem and ensured that the fix was acceptable before he left my home.  I could not be happier with my decision to remodel the tub and shower.  I feel like my 1980's home just finally came into the new millennium!

"Mariano Aragon did a fantastic job of repairing some seriously damaged areas in my kitchen and guest bathroom. After the plumbing repairs were complete both rooms were a disaster area. Mariano came to the rescue, rebuilt all the structural damage and did beautuful refinishing of the plaster and and a masterful job of marrying the new tiles he replaced with the existing tiles that weren’t damaged. I am more than happy with the final results! Mariano was cheerful, thoughtful and completely reliable through out the days of his restoration project for me. I highly recommend him for his excellent, inventive and superior work!"

"It was really great, I have no complaints. They did what they said. And said what they did. They were communicative in informing us through the process. We were happy with company as well as the installers. It seemed they really knew what they were doing."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Mr. Stressler was very easy to work with, and he did everything asked of him. His work met all of my expectations and specifications. Should I need any further remodeling, I would not hesitate to call Mr. Stressler. In category below asking for dates of service. But due to my travels, work was done in increments: master bath, kitchen, guest bathroom, and then in June a one day outside job in which a new door was put on a storage unit, and my security door was given a new coat of paint."
