"Nick and his team were initially very good at our snow removal. They worked with snowblowers rather than a plow, which made for a better cleared driveway. Initially, they came within a reasonable amount of time after a snowfall. But as the season wore on, the team frequently had not showed up even 24 hours after a snowfall - an unacceptable amount of time. Calls to Nick most often went unanswered. If, by chance, he did return a call, Nick was apologetic and polite - but it didn't change the problems. This season, with the first large snowfall, no one showed up - and multiple calls to Nick were never returned."

"The entire process was more than I expected. We met Custom Care Landscaping at a local trade show where we went to gather info on this project that we knew would be long and costly. We paid about  30% up front and the work began almost immediately. After the flurry of people, trucks and tools that seemed to be controlled chaos. We had an absolutely amazing patio. I dealt with my project manager (Erik) directly and he made changes and assured me that what they had designed is what we will get. Every small detail I had mentioned was taken into account. At one point I had some concerns about the stair design, Erik, myself and my husband sat down and talked for what seemed like hours. Afterwards I felt much better and the design was changed to exactly what we decided on. On his way out the last time we spoke I thanked him for everybody's hard work and the high quality of service. He ask that if we had a few minutes that we review their company on google or whatever site was convenient. Well here it is Erik! We love your company and even though its late I hope you see this and know we appreciate you and your company so much.
