He was pleasant and understanding throughout all my phone calls. he called to let us know he would be a few minutes later than his scheduled appointment, and he agreed to our request he wear a mask and booties to enter our home. He offered a repair for the thermostat, but also honestly informed us the compressor could do soon and we might want to replace the appliance.
