"Saha answered my request right away.He asked me to give him a little rundown, about what's going on and he was very patient in listening to me.The issue was that half of my condo was out of power. Literally there was no power in the dining room, living room ,and desk area. He thoroughly investigated and tested all the outlets in the problem areas. Only one of the outlets had to be replaced since all the rest tested out fine. He did not stop there. He went on to check all my breakers and realized that one of them was in the off position. It actually tripped off ...as he explained it. That's what was causing the power to go off . The actual culprit was my portable heaters. He went onto explain that there were too many light fixtures and too many outlets on one breaker. I could tell you a lot more, but I don't think I have a lot of space left to do that. I just know that he was extremely professional , and answered all my questions. I will be using his services again."

"Both the customer service team and Dave the electrician were AMAZING! First, we sent the email late one evening and that same evening we got a text response. The next morning they called. The same call gave us an estimate and possible date. My husband reviewed the estimate and we talked. We called them back on a Monday and Dave was here on Tuesday morning. He put in 3 pendant lights over our La he island and a large flush light over the kitchen sink. He was efficien, but careful. The lights look great! He arrived at 8:15 and he finished around noon. "Beware of Malone Electrical Solutions We hired Malone Electrical Solutions to move a 220v oven connection from the floor to the wall. Two days before the appointment, the technician came for a walkthrough. He said the job would be very simple and could be done in two days. On the day of service, he worked for about an hour before telling my wife that he could not turn the power back on because our breaker box ?needed to be replaced? and that it would cost $7,500 to fix. He also told us that if we didn?t agree to the work, we?d be left without power. We pushed back, since we had already had two electricians evaluate the home and neither mentioned this issue. After going back and forth with management, they finally restored the power. However, he then told us our oven wouldn?t work because he switched the 3-prong plug to a 4-prong?leaving us unable to use the oven. On top of that, he left our house a mess, with ceiling tiles down and debris everywhere. When the job was ?done,? he "
