It was not the cheapest estimate I got, but it felt like a solid choice based on reviews and my interactions with Terri during the quote process. Also, do note that Terri is licensed by the GA EPD to do asbestos abatement and renovations that may involve the presence of lead paint. Do not discount the importance of this; it can spare you anxiety and expense if unexpected things happen during the renovations. Terri took the time to explain everything to me, and talked to me like an adult.
