"I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. If you go elsewhere it’s your own fault!"

"they missed completing the work on the chimney first day which seemed to be a miscommunication between staff. They came out a few days later and completed the work and it looks great. Windows look great and were installed in one day. Only hiccup was a window came cracked and they had to order a new sash. They brought it by, but I have not been able to get it put in as of this time."

My house ended up with 18 repairs. After I agree to the final project, they issued a contract. Price is reasonable considering all the repairs. Here I especially should praise the crew leader Silvio, he organized his team very well, did a good job. Any area I was not satisfied at first, he touches up painted for me again. "Bryan Greenhaw provided me with excellent service. He rearranged my gas logs to let the gas line be exposed to more oxygen. It now provides a bigger flame and will no longer deposit any residue on the chimney walls. He also checked the gas line for leaks. Fortunately, there were none. He inspected the cap on our chimney and recommended that I have it sanded and repainted to lengthen it's life."
