"they missed completing the work on the chimney first day which seemed to be a miscommunication between staff. They came out a few days later and completed the work and it looks great. Windows look great and were installed in one day. Only hiccup was a window came cracked and they had to order a new sash. They brought it by, but I have not been able to get it put in as of this time."

My house ended up with 18 repairs. After I agree to the final project, they issued a contract. Price is reasonable considering all the repairs. "Bryan Greenhaw provided me with excellent service. He rearranged my gas logs to let the gas line be exposed to more oxygen. It now provides a bigger flame and will no longer deposit any residue on the chimney walls. He also checked the gas line for leaks. Fortunately, there were none. He inspected the cap on our chimney and recommended that I have it sanded and repainted to lengthen it's life."
