A 32 bottle, built in wine rack collapsed with only five bottles in it. Numerous separation points between the three cabinet partitions. On 5.8.2023 against my better judgment, paid balance of $13,150.00 off in full. I typically hold back 15% for checklist items but understood this contractor was in need of the money. It is February 25,2024, numerous calls and texts- no results. You might be better off purchasing pre assembled cabinets from your neighborhood hardware store. Armand V"
