After replacing the door springs, the technician explained the warranty, lubricated all the rollers, tighten the drive belt, and extended the travel distance of the door to allow more room at the top for our truck to more easily fit. I would suggest the company emphasize to their techs to always call the customer if they are going to be late, but we do understand how difficult Atlanta traffic can be.
