"Hayden and Ricky provided an outstanding service when they installed a closet light and insulated my attic. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and expertise were evident. They were punctual, courteous, and highly skilled in their work. The installation of the closet light was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They ensured that the light was perfectly positioned and securely fitted. The light now illuminates the space beautifully, making the closet much more functional. As for the attic insulation, I was impressed by the meticulous work they did. They took the time to explain the process to me and answered all my questions. The insulation was installed perfectly and has made a noticeable difference in the temperature regulation of my home. Their clean-up was as impressive as their work. They left the work areas spotless, showing a high level of respect for my property. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work and the level of service provided by Hayden and Ricky. "This is my review of my experience with Mark Lim of Ace Roof & Construction. Mark arrived for a estimate on my older deck, he made suggestions, took notes and asked exactly what was needed for project. Mark is very personal, easy to talk with. I received my estimate which was very well organized with exactly what we talked about. I had three other contractors, also from Angies list. Two of the guys did not even get back with a estimate. Marks price was in range of other two contractors price. Mark arrived on time with 3 workers and efficiently removed rotted decking boards and railing. I had a section of my deck over a hill and deck had sunk in spots. The repair was more than Mark had expected, and had to do additional work and apply extra support and extra bags of concrete to stablize ground. Mark did extra work without complaints and in fact he canceled a meeting to stay on site to supervise work. This extra work cost Marks crew another couple of hours and he never complained, only told me he did not anticipate extra work. My best praise of Mark Lim is he replaced old wood with new from a section of steps that we never disscussed or paid for. When i asked Mark why he replace wood on steps he said he could not leave them in condition they were in and he replaced steps cause it was right thing to do. This is a rare character today! Overall Mark did a excellent job on my deck. and I highly recommend him."

"Harrison and his crew were wonderful and helpful! We hired Harrison after a broad search for contractors and we found him to be the most professional and had fair pricing. We had a lot of work to be done, but he helped prioritize projects so as to not overwhelm our home during the construction! He was timely and communicated any pricing changes (materials have gone up - no fault to him) and made sure we were comfortable and in the loop on progress. Our new kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous and we’re thrilled with our service!"

"GREAT Experience!!! Extremely satisfied with the work provided by Julio and his team (Ricardo and Jose) at Handy Dad on a master bathroom shower upgrade. Julio was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project - doing all the things a great project manager should. Phenomenal craftsmanship, work areas cleaned daily, and great follow through on every issue lead to hugely successful results. I had never done a major renovation like this before, so I spent time researching this project to give myself basic knowledge of all the required pieces and how they work (plumbing, fixtures, tiling, etc). I think this is important to ensure the success of any project you want to take on. Julio came out to discuss my general ideas on the project and gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right team to choose for the job. I wanted to upgrade the old small dingy fiberglass builder-grade shower with a bigger custom shower with tile + new fixtures + wall niches + frameless glass door. I was able to provide my own material (tile, grout, shower fixtures + valves) and they would handle ALL the rest. The estimate came back in a few days and was more competitive than other companies I had pitched the project to. The payment schedule was agreeable and based on the positive reviews + conversations with Julio I had zero concerns with moving forward. Once I signed the contract they were able to start right away on the project without any delays. Protective covers were laid down in the house to prevent any damage to floors and carpet along the path to the bathroom, and we had a banter out front for all the demo material. The guys did a great job cleaning up space every day. At the end of each day, Julio would check in with me and address any issues and would let me know when the guys would show up the next day. Any time there was a scheduling delay, Julio was always responsive in letting me know what was going on. The end result was better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and they will be the first call for my next project."

"We were very please after our kitchen renovations were done but we did not consent to pictures of our kitchen being placed on line. Within the 3-year warranty, we had to contact Pedro, the owner several times concerning a pipe under the sink that was leaking and the microwave vent. After the three-year warranty was up, he was non-responsive. We left several messages on the companies’ voicemail and sent numerous emails concerning installation of new appliances. During the process of having new appliances installed, Lowe’s informed us, that our water line was not up to code and the microwave was not measured correctly. Therefore, as a result of the waterline not being up to code, the refrigerator and dishwasher could not be installed. I do not recommend doing business with Hdez Cabinets. Thanks TR"
