After researching for mold removal services, I saw the reviews for 1st Rate and decided to ask him to come to my house and give me a quote. Rick drove 2.5 hours to my house the next day, on a Saturday! He is very professional and prompt. The whole process was explained before hand, and in a few days, I had a quote, not just an estimate. Not one dollar above was agreed upon, no surprises. If he says he will be there, he is there. He definitely goes above and beyond. I wish all contractors were as honest and hard working as Rick is. Once on the fifth bedroom they apparently became lazy lol as the simple juice stains my youngest son had on my bedroom carpet they didn?t get clean. I uploaded a picture. Disappointed considering my cost was $330 and I still have carpet not clean also my home is new being a little over a year old."
