Chad came out within a few days to give us a free inspection of our home. He was extremely thorough and did a complete walkthrough of our home and gave me a detailed history on how mold gets in homes and what needs to be done to have it removed. We felt good about our initial inspection and set up a time to have the process to remove the mold. Jamal came out the next week and performed the process of removing the mold from our basement...he was extremely knowledgeable and professional just like the whole staff of Pure Maintenance of Georgia!! We will definitely recommend this company to family and friends."

"I d give 1st Rate Construction and Environmental Services a 6 star rating if it allowed me to do so! I discovered a major mold issue in my crawlspace. After researching for mold removal services, I saw the reviews for 1st Rate and decided to ask him to come to my house and give me a quote. Rick drove 2.5 hours to my house the next day, on a Saturday! He is very professional and prompt. The whole process was explained before hand, and in a few days, I had a quote, not just an estimate. Not one dollar above was agreed upon, no surprises. If he says he will be there, he is there. He definitely goes above and beyond. I wish all contractors were as honest and hard working as Rick is. "The job was done correctly and in timely manner. Customer Service was good on followup to ensure I had the assurance I needed on the mold removal project I had them do. My only concern is that I talked to three diferent people and received a different understanding on what was being done and when. Also there was a miss understanding what I needed to have replaced to ensure the mold did not return. I am now trying to get a price on both supply boxes from my HVAC person to compare with Pure. Depending on what the costs will be I will decide whether to have Pure install or my HVAC company."

"You have to pay extra to get out hard stains..I chose not to pay extra because what?s the point in professional carpet cleaning if you don?t remove stains?!?!? Once on the fifth bedroom they apparently became lazy lol as the simple juice stains my youngest son had on my bedroom carpet they didn?t get clean. I uploaded a picture. Disappointed considering my cost was $330 and I still have carpet not clean also my home is new being a little over a year old."
