"The owner, David Gurwell, took time to listen to my explanation of the problems, offered alternative solutions if I did not want to use his company and was as helpful as could be. Due to that, I opted to have him do an estimate for me and decided to go with his company. His staff was on time, hard working and competent.  They went out of their way not to track dirt into the house and to clean up after themselves every day.  They were cheerful, courteous and a pleasure to have around.  They did a beautiful job and so impressed my son that he plans to have them redo one of his bathrooms. "Benjamin Construction did paint garage doors as quoted. A wooden fence and shed were painted as well as cement wall and driveway. The issue came when trim on windows were not painted satisfactorily. Unfortunately, I had paid before job was complete, so I had no leverage. Be sure to ask for a detailed written quote."
