"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. "I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"NE Renovations is a general contractor whose network of contractors provided services to me as I was getting ready to sell the house.  The electrical service went very well with Mr. Martucci doing great work and advising me about things that did not need to be done.  I feel that he was a great advisor!
The flooring in the basement also went very well with the NE folks advising me about the best way to approach the installation.  Everything was perfect when they left.  I truly appreciated their workmanship.

"Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."
