"After A/C died during the hottest week of the summer here in NW Arkansas I found Air Control's contact info through Angie's List. I made an appt for this a.m. as early as possible.  Sr Service Tech Johnny C. called me and gave me a 30 min heads up he was on the way.  He asked some questions, applied proper meters and guages and quickly identified the problem. A bad capacitor. He called in to the office to double check part numbers as the old was was rusted over. He replaced it re-tested and we were cooling again.  While he was here he also tidied up my intake line insulation and gave me some home routine maintenance tips. Flat rate plus replacement capacitor and a 5% off coupon from Angie's list, rounded cost to around $200. All good in under an hour. Way to go Johnny !!  Stay Cool.

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue!
