"There were some unforeseen delays due to contractors family death & a hospitalization but the workers knew how to do anything that was needed. I was very pleased with the workmanship & overall job."

"I received an email a few days later with the estimate for labor, which we were fine with. However, there was no information in the email about the hardware, so I replied with a request for that information. There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."

His goal was to please us, help us with wise advice to work through some areas without creating more problems for ourselves, and was always kind and friendly. He has been willing to readdress the very small areas that seemed to need it at no added cost, even when it proved not to be the direct result of his work (new gutters stopped up faster than expected, so he cleaned them out for us)."
