"Bought one of the Angie's List coupon.  Figured I would try the service.  Took a while to nail down an appointment date.  Than, the week of the service, the gal called and had to change the date.  I was waiting for the crew to show up.  Had to call the gal to track the crew down, to see if they are going to show up.  The crew arrived late.  As they show up, they said that the deal is for large simple pane windows, my windows, would cost more.  At the point, we waited, the crew is here, I ended up negotiating the price to get my windows done.  A lot more than what I expect to spend.  They spend hours cleaning my windows and screens.  Even offered to clean my garage door.  They did a nice job.  But, I would not use them again.  I need a company that is more reliable and straight forward on the pricing.
