"Today Kory came over to determine what was the cause of my water heater malfunction. He was very professional, cordial, and personable. After inspecting the water heater, he sat down with me to discuss several different options regarding how to approach the repairs/replacement. He was quite patient; he answered my questions and listened to my concerns. He will be returning tomorrow morning with an associate to address the issues with the water heater. "Tyler came in and immediately said the fly issue wasn't from a broken or separated pipe under the slab. He checked the bottom of the toilet and found a small leak. Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great. "They came out to see what the problem was. An experienced pro came out with an apprentice. They were very courteous and explained everything. No charge for the evaluation of the low pressure water problem we were experiencing. Determined what was the issue was and not what most were saying that had to be replaced whether we needed or not. They replaced the defective inlet water pressure control value. They removed the plastic cover box and replaced the dirt with gravel so the the value would not rust or deteriorate and last longer and reinstalled the cover/box. Very nice overall job.
