Our outside tiled deck had numerous broken and loose tiles, and several large areas of interior tile needed refurbishing. When the work was done, these areas literally looked like new. They were great to work with. On-time, very polite, friendly, and they kept things very clean at all times. They had great suggestions during the job and were very responsive to all of our requests. Carlos came out to see our tile originally, and made us very comfortable with the work they would do. Wanda in the office did a great job coordinating the project and was easy to talk to. And CJ, who did the actual work at the house was absolutely terrific. Overall, we highly recommend A1 Grout and Tile."

"I want to start out by saying, I highly recommend Cesar for any flooring needs you may have. As long as he's in business, I will never use anyone else for my flooring needs. Cesar is simply amazing. He cares about his customers and the product he installs in their home. He's very professional and prompt. The guys working for him were very professional as well. Very careful, mindful and respectful of my home. They demoed the old 1988 tile and installed some beautiful granite time of which I absolutely love. I met with Cesar at his company and picked out the tile and grout that I wanted. He was so kind and patient with me. He ordered the tile and his guys showed up to remove the old tile and install the new tile just when he said they would. They took care of everything in a couple of days. It's absolutely gorgeous. "The cleaners were courteous and friendly. They were prompt and did a thorough job with cleaning the designated areas. However, they only used a narrow protective runner (with leaves stuck on it) over our large entryway area rug which was not being cleaned, and the hose didn’t always stay on the runner. The cleaners acknowledged having a leak in their hose as they wiped up small puddles of water. They noted that puddles were left at the home they just came from, so they were aware of the problem. Thankfully the puddles were on the area that is luxury vinyl flooring (looks like wood) and could easily be wiped up, but left smear marks. A small amount of dirt was also tracked in, which the cleaner graciously wiped up when requested. Must have been on the hose since the cleaners wore shoe covers? The carpets are cleaned, but now the large vinyl area is dirtier. Expected better from ZeroRez which we have used twice before in our previous much larger house with stairs. Our current home is one level and smaller area, but cost the same."

"We had an excellent experience with Bryant and his team at New Image Flooring who worked on replacing our white oak hardwood floor in our kitchen due to water damage. They did such a great job, that we had them also buff and refinish the entire remaining first floor. This the second time that we have used New Image Flooring and both time have been excellent! The entire process was perfect!!! I am giving 5 Stars because they always showed up on time and were VERY professionally, VERY knowledgeable and can’t beat their excellent pricing. Overall an EXCELLENT job!!! They kept us aware of any changes and updates and were very accommodating especially since this working was taking place during the holiday time. I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends in need of flooring work, and yes I would use them again."
