"They did a beautiful job and handled the complex island very well.  Our contactor was very impressed as we didn't use his granite guy.  He now wants to use Factory Plaza since they did such a great job.  Everything went smooth during the install.  Make sure you schedule an install date plenty ahead of time as they are very busy and book quite far in advance.  We ended up waiting on the countertops for several weeks because of this.  In the end, they did a great job and it was worth the wait. <br />"

"<p>Mike showed up on time and completed the work in the time frame I would expect.  He was careful to try to keep dust contained to the kitchen and put down protective coverings on the floor leading in from the front door.</p> <p>Later when I was painting I noticed some seams that weren't covered real well and other areas where excessive mud was not sanded down even with the surrounding areas.  It wasn't bad enough to call Mike back to fix (he said he would come back and fix anything we weren't happy with), but I was expecting better quality  from someone who does this for a living.</p> <p>There were two things that were unacceptable.  One is that when cutting holes for the electrical outlets he roto-zipped all of the tabs off the receptacles and switches.  The other is that about a year later we removed a wall between the kitchen and living room and found the wall was stuffed full of all the drywall scraps.  Not only did I have to clean all of that out, but there was a considerable amount of weight sitting on top of the electrical wires in the wall.</p> <br />"
