"1 crew dropped off the materials and the installation crew showed up an hour later (on time). There were two men that completed the entire new AC and Heating installation. Took them well past sun down, but they only ever left one time for lunch and stayed until the project was completed (about 930-10PM). They installed the new thermostat and took time to go over how to use it/set it and gave some tips on best practices. Very helpful. They cleaned up the entire project area once done and allowed me time to inspect the site before leaving. Excellent job. Only one (minor) mark against them was the removed the fence on the side of the house closest the the AC unit without ever asking permission to do so. They did, however, reinstall the fence once completed and the fence is as sturdy as it was before the removal. I get why they did it as well, but asking would have been preferred before doing so. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family and to you the reader."

He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe&#39;s and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe&#39;s severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe&#39;s although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"I had some water collecting in my hot water heater pan, and had R Plumber come out. The pros: They come right away when I called first thing in the morning, they had the tools to fix the issue quickly, and the price was about where I suspected it would be. The cons: The first diagnostic was that my (less than two years old) water heater was leaking. When I told them that didn&apos;t make sense, they then did some more investigating and realized the condensation line from my AC unit wasn&apos;t draining out of my condo and was backing up into my pan, which was correct, however the suggestion was that the installation of my water heater was correct and that the heater and pan needed to be elevated so the water didn&apos;t back up. When I again said that didn&apos;t make sense as this was my second summer with the AC running and I hadn&apos;t had an issue before, they said there was a possibility the line was clogged. I had mentioned that someone in my building had a similar issue at the beginning of the conversation, but it seemed to take a long time to get to the actual issue, which is what I had suspected from the very beginning. While we ultimately got to the heart of the problem and fixed it quickly, it was a frustrating for me to have to push back so much to get to the right answer."
