"We purchased our house that has a water treatment & purification system and water heater that was installed by Mermaid Water. We have had them out for system check and to help us understand how to use the system. They also helped correct an item from house inspection regarding the water heater. They have been extremely helpful and responsive. Brent does an excellent job of making sure that the customer is happy."

"Fine. I had no issues. They got out to the house very quickly, within several hours of request, they were quick with no added charges or time, and the estimates that were requested (replacement of water heater) were explained thoroughly."

"Everything seems to have been done extremely well. The guys doing the work are the ones who showed up (right on time) to do the quote. They gave me EIGHT different options for the work I was looking to have done. Understandably, they tried to get me to do more, since they were already there, but there was no pressure or expectation of me agreeing to some of the things I could very easily do myself. They also did not do the typical contractor thing of... "if you agree and sign now, you can get an extra 10% off.' They told me if I agreed now, I'd get priority scheduling. But they were out to do the work within, I believe, 2 days so I don't know how you get much more priority than that. They also did a "free" whole home electrical inspection where they checked all our outlets. Understand they were trying to find more work :) but it didn't cost me anything other than a little time and allowing them to walk around the house to check the outlets. The only issue I did had/have is that I haven't been able to schedule the inspection for the work and that is really mostly on me. I'm sure if I called, they'd help me get that scheduled. Just haven't gotten around to it. The Beacon team's communication was terrific. Workers showed up on time, worked hard and completed in the time (a little less) than they said. Regarding value: I did receive a quote for less from another electrician but the warranty wasn't really comparable to what Beacon offers. And, I also hired them at the same time to do the installation of a new tankless water heater. Since I hired them for both and had a quote for a little less, they worked with me on the price and brought the electrical work price down a bit, which I very much appreciated. They also did a great job on the water heater. They offer no interest for 12 months financing through GreenSky and I was able to combine the two jobs into one GreenSky account so another plus. Overall, this was the best contractor experience I've had in a VERY long time and will definitely reach out to them next time I need work done which they do."

"SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!"

"Had a surprise when workmen showed up unannounced the day after I signed the contract. Once we rescheduled the installation date and time, things went very smoothly. The installation of the furnace, AC, and hot water heater took less than a day. I'm very happy with the results."

"Albert and Joseph provided truly exceptional service during their visit to my home. Albert first installed my kitchen faucet and food processor, and then, both came back to install a water heater with remarkable professionalism, care, and efficiency. From the moment they arrived, they were responsive, respectful, and incredibly warm. They took the time to explain my options, helped me feel at ease, and ensured I understood why the water heater they recommended was the best choice on the market. On top of that, they went above and beyond by fixing a separate issue in my shower without hesitation. Their dedication, expertise, and kindness made the entire experience outstanding. I am deeply grateful for their work and highly recommend them."

"A+++++ Service. 5 Stars for sure. You should definitely check them out. I am so glad I've taken my time to find good, honest, trustable and fair plumbing company, and I finally found this R-Plumber company. A few months ago, my place had a water leak in the shower on upstairs bathroom and it caused ceiling damage, etc. so I needed to a ceiling drywall repair, bathroom tile repair, CPVC pipes reconnect, water pressure reducer install, etc. I took my time to compare various popular local plumbing companies in the DMV area and this is, by far, the best I've found due to many reasons: 1. They are licensed, bond, and insured -- They sent me a copy of their license, bond, insurance, and worker compensation. This gave me a relief because I wanted to make sure I hire a professional. You'll need it in case if anything happens. 2. They really care about you and HONEST -- Rene, Luis, his apprentice, and other staff use the best brand and told ,e really honest and professional opinion. I have a limited budget and they told me I can just fix the issue for now. The other companies recommended me to remodel the whole bathroom, which would cost at least $4,000 or much more. 3. Their price is VERY REASONABLE and FAIR -- They do not overcharge at all in compare to other companies in this area. I compared 6 other plumbing companies. Other plumbing companies seem to take advantage of you especially if you don't really know much about plumbing. They either: - could only offer to fix the plumbing and I had to find my other contractor to repair the tiles and dry wall - offer me to fix this issue for $4,500 or more - R Plumber offer me about 40-50% less than other companies. - another well known company (they were featured in local Costco) gave me a price to fix my sink popup assembly for about $700 but I went to home depot and bought the parts myself for $17. 4. They really guarantee that they carry their work by the correct local regulations and to the high standard. -- you can see the photos for reference. - I ASKED them a lot of questions and researched the way they do they work online and everything seems to be done very correctly (e.g., using the right glue, chemical for connecting my CPVC pipes, copper pipes) - They went above and beyond in installing my water pressure reducing pipe by anchoring my water supply pipes so it doesn't get shaky. - They have 1 year labor warranty. Their shower MOAN is lifetime warranty on parts. In fact, I am so impressed that I literary have to write my appreciation on various social media in a hope to help others who are in the same situation as me. This company doesn't spend on marketing but just spend on high quality so I'm really trying to help get this company to top review to help others who are in the same boat. Best wishes to you guys who are looking for a good plumbing company. This is some company you should consider."

"Jimmy and his team are experts in their field. Air Force One has installed an HVAC unit and two Mitsubishi mini splits for us at our home. We own a construction company, so we also hire Air Force One for all of our HVAC needs for our customers. They are always professional, prompt and fairly priced."

"Quick, thorough, and candid replacement of water heater."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
