"I contracted Max Volume Audio Video to install a two point home listening system. The consultation process was excellent. MAX Volume was sensitive to my requirements and was able to set me up with a great set of gear. The installation process was even smoother than the consultation. Admittedly two speakers is not a great deal of kit to install, but it was done correctly the first time and in no time at all compared to what I had expected. I have not had any issues with the physical installation but any issue I have with my amplifier can be addressed directly to the Max Volume through a simple text message or phone call. "The computer technician, Tammy, was excellent.  He arrived on time and was very personable.  Our computer is several years old and has been running slow, so he cleaned it up for us.  He tried to show us how to perform some maintenance tasks on our own.  
After he was finished, he had to call in to the main Geek Choice number to settle the bill.  When I spoke with the person on the phone from Geek Choice, I was astonished when they told me the bill was for $300, which included 2.5 hours service at $100 per hour and a $50 fee for home visit.  I informed her that I had ordered the first hour through Angie's List for $75 and that the home visit fee was waived.  She retrieved my information and charged me a balance of $135, to include the reduced hourly fee of $90 per hour.  So Angie's List saved me almost $100, which I totally appreciate.  
I give the technician high marks but the company, Geek Choice, seems like just another corporation trying to make more money off the consumer than they should.  I'm glad I went through Angie's List.
