"It took over two months for them to inform us that the machine was deemed irreparable; a decision they had actually made a full month earlier. That determination was ?lost? internally and never communicated to us or to American Home Shield. Despite calling weekly for updates, we were repeatedly told that parts were on order when, in reality, they were not. On top of that, getting anyone on the phone was nearly impossible. Calls routinely went unanswered, and Karen and Jennifer consistently failed to return messages. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this company as dealing with them was truly horrific."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"AAC is not just a family business, it's the family! They contacted me right away after my search on Angi to set up an appointment. Joe (the son) came out the next day and knew exactly what was wrong with our "vintage" 6-burner Viking cooktop (4 of the burners would not ignite). He ordered the parts and came back with his father, Don (the co-owner with his brother), and they fixed it. Since we moved into the house 15 years ago, 2 of the burners never ignited and a previous repairman had no idea what was wrong. Joe is super knowledgeable about various kitchen appliances, having worked for several different companies over the years. He was nice, helpful and professional. I am very pleased and highly recommend AAC! I would definitely use their services again. "

I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. Will definitely recommend to all family and friends."

"I have been having some trouble with my refrigerator for maybe a year now. So I called and spoke to Jose about my ice maker not working. He was very polite as we set up a time within 48 Hours to get it serviced. That morning he arrived and got to work on it. After a diagnostic. He figured it was the water solenoid valve. So Jose had the part for $129.00. So I paid it plus the labor which came out to be about $300. I felt that was a little high but as long as I had ice I will just deal with it. In about a week and a couple of days it broke again. So by this point I am NOT good. I start doing some research on the icemaker itself. So I found it for $90.00. I also found the valve he charged me for between $35 to $75. Which I thought $129.00 was a heck of a mark up. I called Jose and told him what happened and he says that he can get the ice maker and put it in for an additional $129.00. I mention to him that the price was high for both parts. His response was "Well that's what I sell it for. I sure you can find it cheaper somewhere else." That's all I needed to get off my butt and fix it myself. Its purring like a kitten and pumping out tons of ice. This experience has giving me the motive to just fix it myself if I can."
