When I first called it was after hours and he had just gotten home.when I called I was requesting service to remove trapped squirrels that had not been picked up in a timely manner. The first issue was moisture continuing to come through a crack in the concrete floor two months after a leaking pipe underneath the concrete was repaired. He recommended leaving the carpet pulled back with a dehumidifier blowing on the damp area for about a week before reinstallling the carpet. The second issue was mold found behind and underneath a bookcase. He did not see any water intrusion and recommended I get the carpet cleaned and get more air circulating in the room.
