He carefully reviewed the design and recommended some alternatives to the plants/sizes called for in the design. "I have approximately 900 square feet of grass in my back yard that had deteriorated steadily over the last ten years despite quite a bit of attention from me and my lawn care providers.  Tom and a team of five tore out the existing grass, tilled the remaining soil, replaced several broken sprinklers, deposited a lot of new soil, and laid down new sod.

The whole process took about a day and a half.

During the sod installation, a wire in my landscpare lighting was accidentally cut.  Tom came back and fixed the problem a few days later."
