"Two years ago, I hired CIS-PRG to erect my cabin shell and interior framing prior to finishes. They installed exterior doors, windows and porches and a siding I chose of cut from logs. The project was above my knowledge and they knew exactly what was required and I will say that the work they did met all my expectations and they also helped me find the other crews needed for the chink, stain and interior finishes. "Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. "We feel totally ripped off by Guaranteed Services LLC. We are in talks with legal counsel. They came to do tile flooring and replace a toilet. They used illegal labor that left our floors a mess. We are still trying to clean it up. They are unresponsive when I ask what will remove all of the mortar residue. I also had to hire a professional plumber to come and fix the toilet. They said that it wasn't even bolted down. When I expressed this to Reginald at Guaranteed Services LLC, he did not try to make it right. Just a con that will keep all of your money. "
