"The guys that came to do the work were great. The company is a bit off. They didn?t order the parts, which granted were hard to come by, but if they would have ordered when I scheduled the job instead of waiting until day of then there wouldn?t have been a problem getting them. They then billed me for parts that I had to procure myself and only refunded me about 1/3 of what they billed me for. Again, the employees were great 5 stars. The company- 1 star. That?s why I gave 3 stars. "
